​Payment should be done within 48 hours via Paypal. If buyer fail to make the payment in time, the design will be put on sale again.

Ownership and files will be transferred after payment.

The character design are non-refundable after purchasing.

For personal usages, you may use the character design for whatever you wish within the boundary of personal purposes, such as giving them backstory, name, changing their gender, outfits, making art, comic with the character design as long as it's not for sale and not to gain profit.

I retain the rights to publish the character design on my sites for self-promoting (including process, time-lapse video).

You can gift, trade, resell the adoptable but don't resell the design for more than what you paid, you may add the cost of extra commission arts though.

You can't claim that the design or the original art is made by you.

Credit is not required but appreciated.
